This series presents shorter and/or more topical monographs about any part of Asia but the emphasis is on East and Southeast Asia with most volumes falling within the social sciences and history.

 

Key issues include political change; peace and conflict; gender and power; development, political and socio-economic change; identity formation; environmental change; and recent Asian history.
